Product Description

Fiber Optic Near-Infrared Online Moisture Meter (Model: XKCON-NIR-MA-PT) is a plug-in online near-infrared moisture detection instrument independently designed and developed by our company.
1. Working principle
The vertical incidence of light of a specific spectrum built into the instrument penetrates the medium, and is absorbed by some components in the medium, resulting in the attenuation of the light intensity, and the remaining light after attenuation is detected by the photodetector on the opposite side.
2. Equipment characteristics
The internal spectrometer structure of the instrument is designed with constant temperature packaging, so that the whole machine can stably collect spectra under different ambient temperature conditions, and the wavelength accuracy and repeatability can be guaranteed.
The instrument has a built-in automatic calibration function, and the designed optical path switching device and the reference calibration device are integrated, which can not only realize the switching between the reference and the sample optical path, but also realize the automatic monitoring of the spectral performance of the instrument, and realize the wavelength accuracy and automatic calibration of the baseline without human intervention.
The instrument supports supporting liquid sampling optical fiber probe and flow cell detection function, and the optical fiber is connected to the external flow cell device to measure and ensure the accuracy of liquid measurement results in extreme working environments such as strong acid and alkali, strong corrosiveness, and strong oxidation.

3. Application fields
It is used in fine chemicals, biological fermentation, petroleum refining and other industries for online measurement of liquid moisture such as dissolution, plasticizer, petroleum and other liquids.
