1. Working Principle
This device is developed based on the principle that different components absorb near-infrared light differently: water exhibits strong absorption at certain infrared wavelengths. When these specific wavelengths of infrared light irradiate the material, the water in the material absorbs part of the infrared energy. The more moisture present, the more energy is absorbed, allowing the moisture content of the material to be calculated based on the reduction in reflected light.
