Product Description

The penetrating microwave moisture meter manufactured by our company (Model: XKCON-MW-MA200) is a moisture detection device for on-line measurement of moisture content of whole bags, whole cartons and large-packaged materials. It can fully penetrate the process materials, scan the moisture of each cross-section of the tested material step by step, and finally detect the total moisture value of the material, delivering more representative results.
1. Working Principle:
The percentage moisture content is calculated based on the attenuation of microwave energy when microwaves penetrate the medium.
2. Advantages and Features:
Non-contact and continuous measurement. There is no need to unpack, open or take samples from packages. Materials can directly pass through the gantry of the moisture meter without production shutdown.
Immune to the influences of material color, temperature, surface structure, water vapor and dust, the measurement results feature high accuracy.
Rapid detection with millisecond-level response speed. It is suitable for high-efficiency moisture screening on assembly lines such as incoming material inspection and warehousing, and supports integration with control systems.
It can be connected to enterprise production, moisture monitoring and other systems to automatically record the detection data of each package of materials and enable traceability of historical data.
