The near-infrared moisture detector (model: XKCON-NIR-MA-IV) produced by our company uses near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) technology to detect the moisture content of the substance in the measured medium, which is an online, non-contact moisture analyzer.
1. How it works
This device is developed based on the principle that different components have different absorption characteristics of near-infrared light: water shows strong absorption characteristics for some specific wavelengths of infrared light, when these specific wavelengths of infrared light are irradiated to the material, the water contained in the material will absorb part of the energy of infrared light, and the more water it contains, the more it absorbs, so the reduction of reflected light can be measured to calculate the moisture of the material.
2. Advantages

It can continuously detect the moisture value of the measured object in operation, with reliable performance, easy installation and long service life;

3. Installation location
It can be installed on the belt conveyor, screw feeder, silo, hopper, funnel or pipeline and other positions to carry out real-time, dynamic, high-precision moisture measurement of the measured medium.
4. Scope of application
It is suitable for moisture testing of wood powder, wood shavings, wood chips, sawdust, wood powder, wood fiber, fiberboard, particleboard, grain, grain, feed, tobacco, tea, food, flour, starch, milk powder, soybean powder, metallurgy, quartz sand, cement, coal, mineral powder, ore, papermaking, Chinese and Western medicinal materials, soil, soil, film, ceramics, chemical materials and other materials.
