The AC series online near-infrared moisture detector (model: XKCON-NIR-MA-AC) produced by our company is cast with 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof and anti-corrosion, suitable for industries with food hygiene requirements and industries with a certain corrosive environment, and quickly carries out materials through optical detection. Continuous moisture detection, using intelligent algorithms, high precision, high stability, real reflection of the real-time moisture content of the tested material.
1. How it works
This device is developed based on the principle that different components have different absorption characteristics of near-infrared light: water shows strong absorption characteristics for some specific wavelengths of infrared light, when these specific wavelengths of infrared light are irradiated to the material, the water contained in the material will absorb part of the energy of infrared light, and the more water it contains, the more it absorbs, so the reduction of reflected light can be measured to calculate the moisture of the material.
2. Functional features
It has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for harsh corrosive environments.
The non-contact measurement method is adopted, and the whole process of testing will not cause any pollution and damage to the material.
Full digital signal processing: digital filtering eliminates interference, and the best signal ratio can be maintained when detecting black materials, and the data is accurate;
