XKCON-infrared camera monitoring system adopts the world's most famous brand thermal camera and movement products as the core components, the infrared system and the company's self-developed wireless sensor network seamlessly docking, the two systems can use the same software platform, expand the function of enhanced, easy to operate, simplify the customer testing process, widely used.

Torque, vibration, strain, temperature, humidity and other parameters can be wirelessly transmitted to the infrared system software to provide comprehensive monitoring of equipment status and assist in supporting industrial testing.

The thermal imaging monitoring system is managed in an engineering way, with hierarchical management for different users and different permissions to protect the security of the system operation. The system is managed by nodes, which makes it easy to add various expansion devices, such as cloud stations, visible light and carts.

System Functions:

Automatic inspection: The system is equipped with pre-programmed trips, making maximum use of the electrical automation system and computer system to operate in an intelligent manner, so that no supervision is required and the inspection is automatic.

Automatic warning: When an abnormal state is monitored, a fault warning message is automatically generated, and when the monitoring system itself is wrong, an error warning message is automatically generated, and the management and duty personnel can be notified automatically.

Intelligent analysis: When the abnormal temperature of the equipment is found, the normal thermal map and the normal operating parameters of this equipment can be adjusted and compared with the abnormal thermal map and operating parameters for accurate analysis.

Panoramic mode: The system can realize the panoramic infrared thermal image analysis function of seamless intelligent puzzle of different parts of the infrared thermal image, thus avoiding the problem that the local analysis cannot locate quickly and cannot systematically analyze the cause of failure.

Fusion mode: The system can fuse visible and infrared thermal images to achieve continuous fusion, fusion above threshold, fusion below threshold and fusion within a specified temperature range. The system can integrate the advantages of infrared and visible light recognition, and choose the appropriate fusion mode according to the needs at any time.

Remote real-time monitoring: Realizes remote real-time temperature analysis and remote real-time status monitoring of scenes in the power station area.

Remote configuration: Realize the configuration of the monitoring equipment terminal at the remote client.

Automatic classification and storage: Monitoring data, abnormal data and alarm information are automatically stored in the corresponding equipment data column, allowing for fast and accurate recall and analysis

Self-correcting: When there is a problem with the system, the self-diagnostic function can assist in troubleshooting quickly.

Auxiliary monitoring: It can monitor the appearance and working status of important operating equipment such as motors, transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, oil-filled equipment, flammable equipment, CTs, PTs, lightning arresters and porcelain insulators in the power station under weak light.

Compatible with wireless sensing network protocols: Wireless temperature, humidity and torque sensors transmit signals to the system software synchronously to achieve a comprehensive multi-state parameter classification.
