The XKOCN-MW-MA100 microwave moisture meter is an online microwave moisture detection instrument independently designed and developed by our company.
1. Working Principle
It is based on the principle of signal attenuation and phase change when microwaves penetrate materials. When microwaves pass through a material, water molecules absorb microwave energy through two mechanisms: dipole rotation and interfacial polarization, causing attenuation and phase shift of the microwave signal. By accurately measuring the changes in these two parameters, the volumetric moisture content of the material can be calculated.
2. Advantages
- Non-contact measurement of the internal overall moisture of materials, insensitive to changes in material color or surface conditions;
- Strong pipeline penetration capability, with detection results unaffected by color and dust, offering broad adaptability;
- Employs high-level compensation technology to effectively reduce measurement errors caused by material height variations, ensuring measurement accuracy;
- Wide measurement range, supporting customization for different scales;
- Wide applicability, capable of measuring almost all types of substances.
3. Applications
It can be used to measure coal, alumina, wood, sugar, bagasse, sand, ore, food, grains, tablets, chemical products, and more.
