Infrared temperature online diagnosis system for steel plants

2021-05-241348

Iron tank, torpedo tank and ladle body are composed of shell and internal refractory materials, which are subjected to high temperature iron or steel washing and high temperature erosion at more than 1,000 degrees, and the internal refractory materials will have a certain degree of wear and tear after each use. If the weak area of the inner wall cannot be found in time, when subjected to iron or steel again, it is easy to melt through the refractory material directly, resulting in the external steel plate directly exposed to the high temperature liquid and be dissolved, resulting in the incident of penetration of the furnace, causing loss of life and property.

Therefore, the construction of 1 set of infrared temperature online diagnosis system in key areas such as iron tank, torpedo tank and steel ladle is urgently needed in metallurgical industry now.

1 System functional characteristics
Comprehensive and accurate non-contact temperature measurement of key points of iron water tanks, torpedo tanks and ladles, equipment installation, operation process and construction do not affect the normal operation of production.
The equipment has dustproof, high and low temperature resistance and explosion-proof characteristics, and can operate normally and stably within the range of -20℃~+60℃, and can be matched with different protection level shields according to different environments on site, which is flexible to change.
Risk warning and fire alarm: real-time panoramic temperature monitoring of monitoring points, the system needs to have high sensitivity characteristics, can achieve rapid alarm and accurate positioning of high temperature areas.
All collection points video images can be stored throughout the video recording, and support historical queries.
The equipment can run stably, and the high dust area adopts air-cooled shroud, connected to the site nitrogen supply pipeline, which can cool down the equipment while also removing the dust from the equipment in time, reducing the daily maintenance of the whole machine and equipment.
The power supply ensures uninterrupted power supply to the system in an all-weather environment.

2 Infrared thermal imaging equipment installation
The system consists of four infrared thermal imagers. When the ladle runs to the thermal repair station (the middle position of the overhead crane), three of the thermal imagers monitor the temperature of the ladle wall in all directions in the horizontal direction, and the fourth thermal imager monitors the temperature of the ladle bottom below, thus realizing three-dimensional monitoring of the ladle.
The thermal imaging equipment summarizes the data to the optical terminal of the main control cabinet on site through network and 485 lines, and then transmits the site data to the back-end monitoring center through optical fiber to realize the remote monitoring and control of the site.
