I. Background and significance

Therefore, in recent years, round silo has become a measure for coal storage in power plants and coal mines.

Long-term contact between coal and air will lead to oxidation reaction and release heat. Although the heat in the outer layer of the coal pile can be distributed, due to the slow air flow and poor ventilation inside the coal pile, resulting in the accumulation of internal heat, the temperature inside the coal pile becomes higher and higher, and when the temperature exceeds the spontaneous combustion point of coal, spontaneous combustion will occur. At the same time, along with the spontaneous combustion of coal, toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide and methane will be produced, so it is important to monitor the temperature of the coal pile in real time and effectively.

II. Solutions

The silo safety monitoring system should have temperature, combustible and toxic gas (including CH4 and CO), flue gas dust concentration detection, material level detection and radar level meter output relevant data and alarm information. The silo safety monitoring system is composed of on-site detection equipment, monitoring system and interlocking control equipment. 5.The high level meter can store coal with confidence during the storage process, and when it reaches the specified height, it carries out alarm and belt machine linkage to stop the coal storage.

6.The main control cabinet uses a large screen to display various data, and the site can be operated by touch.

7.Linkage with other systems for early warning and start/stop of ventilation replacement systems.
