1、 Background:

If a person inhales some productive dust for a long time, it may cause chronic systemic disease pneumoconiosis, mainly pulmonary fibrosis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis and other diseases, which is very harmful to the human body; After falling, the dust formed in production floats in the air again due to air flow or mechanical vibration, which can form secondary dust. If their content exceeds the atmospheric self purification capacity and cannot be adjusted naturally, haze will occur.

The online dust concentration monitoring system is mainly composed of a dust concentration detector on the equipment layer, a main control cabinet on the field control layer and a monitoring and dispatching center. The equipment layer and the field control layer are acquisition terminals, and the monitoring layer is a software dispatching system.
1. Hardware products

XKCON-GCG1000 dust concentration detector is composed of sampling head, detection device, single chip computer system and air extraction system. It uses the light scattering principle to detect the total dust concentration and respiratory dust concentration, and can accurately and timely display the current dust concentration in the workplace.
