智慧燃料信息管理系统是将燃料管理全过程信息化、智能化的系统。能够实现燃料的计划、采购、调运、入厂、采样、制样、化验、称重、接卸、存储、入炉、结算等全过程信息化，为统计、分析、决策提供依据；为发电企业提供计划管理、供应商管理、调运管理、合同管理、验收管理、煤场管理、入炉管理、结算管理、统计分析等智能化信息管理模块，提升燃料管理水平，控制燃料经营成本，提高企业经济效益。

计划管理：根据发电计划和发电标煤消耗率制定出燃料的需求、采购计划（年度、季度、月度计划）等；

供应商管理：提供供应商维护和评价功能，建立供应商基础信息库，对供应商的供应能力、供应量、质量、信用状况等进行评价，为采购决策提供依据；

调运管理：根据燃料的计划、合同、库存和耗用情况和燃料矿点供应情况进行调整运输计划；通过对调运过程的监控，及时了解来煤信息、优化来煤结构、控制库存等；

合同管理：实现燃料、运输等合同的起草、审批、归档等功能，签订合同的指标信息可与实际到厂煤炭的指标信息进行对比分析；

验收管理：通过数据接口从计量控制系统、采制化系统等获取计量称重数量、采样数据、质检化验数据等，实现对入厂煤、入炉煤的采样、制样、化验管理，为分析燃料变化原因提供依据以及对燃料的核算、分析以及计划调整提供支持；

煤场管理：通过数据接口从煤场管理系统获取燃料进耗存数据，对燃料的耗用情况、现存燃料的定期与不定期的盘点情况进行管理和维护，根据燃料的入厂情况，使管理人员对现存燃料的盈亏情况进行查询和管理；

Furnace management: Obtain blending plan and actual coal quality data from the coal blending system through the data interface, manage the quantity, quality and price of incoming coal, and provide data support for the optimization of blending plan and intelligent procurement.

Settlement management: Provide the settlement function of fuel, freight and other related costs, correlate with the management modules of contract and acceptance and data interaction function, and automatically generate settlement statement according to the data of coal acceptance quantity, quality and contract terms.

Statistical analysis: Based on the supply, consumption and inventory of fuel, as well as the information of incoming coal and laboratory results of incoming coal, summary statistics are displayed in graphical form to provide a basis for fuel analysis.
