Safety monitoring devices
1.Temperature monitoring system
Extend the explosion-proof infrared thermal imager into the silo to monitor coal storage temperature changes in real time;
2.Smoke monitoring system
Each silo should be equipped with a smoke detector, the implementation standard number is GB-4715-93. 2 smoke detection sensors per silo, arranged at the top of the silo, and configured to install accessories into the silo 100mm. connected to the explosion-proof master control cabinet installed in the silo roof room for local display. The output signal is a switch.
3.Combustible and toxic gas monitoring systems
Each silo is equipped with two CH4 and two CO detection sensors arranged at the top of the silo with mounting accessories extending 100 mm into the silo, and the output signal is connected to an explosion-proof main control cabinet installed in the roof chamber for local display. Each silo has a total of one explosion-proof master control cabinet for the CH4 and CO detection sensors. A communication interface is used to transmit to the computer control system。
4.Oxygen and dust detection sensors
There are inspection workers in the feeding room of the silo roof room, to ensure the personal safety of workers, each silo is equipped with one oxygen monitoring sensor and one dust concentration detector, which are arranged in the silo roof room and equipped with relevant installation accessories. The output signal is connected to the explosion-proof main control cabinet installed in the silo roof room for local display.。
5.Explosion-proof main control cabinet
Holes are punched in the silo roof chamber and the equipment is fixed by flange installation. The main control cabinet is arranged at the top of the silo, mainly used to collect data from transmitters installed at the site for combustible gases, oxygen, carbon monoxide, dust, temperature, etc., and control the sound and light alarm, etc.
Main control cabinet function:
1.Display real-time configuration screen;
2.Historical data, alarm records, trend graph query;
3.Data Export;
4.Exceeding threshold sound and light alarm, alarm message confirmation.
According to the distance between the main control cabinet and the remote monitoring room, the main control cabinet is connected to the remote monitoring room by fiber optic cable, and the main control cabinet is equipped with fiber optic box (for fiber optic cable and pigtail adapter) and fiber optic switch. Connect the fiber optic cable to the industrial control computer, and install the background software in the industrial control computer.
