Coal Conveyor Belt Corridor Safety Environment Monitoring System
The main components of the safety environment monitoring system of coal belt corridor include: infrared thermal imaging online temperature measurement system, gas and dust concentration monitoring system, etc.
This system organically combines temperature measuring infrared thermal imager with common visible light camera system, which can realize accurate temperature monitoring of coal transported on the belt, and has the functions of automatic warning, remote control, manual temperature measurement, trend analysis, report management, etc.
The system combines image monitoring, intelligent patrol system, and applies the world's leading infrared thermal imaging instrument and precise temperature measurement technology to realize real-time monitoring of coal anti-spontaneous combustion.
The installation schematic is as follows:
Install specific brackets and pipes on both sides of the belt, install the infrared thermal imager at the bracket beam, adjust the monitoring angle of the infrared thermal imager (generally set between 45° and 60°), scan the coal on the belt, and alarm when a super high temperature (limit 70°) is found.
2 Gas and dust monitoring systems
The system equipment mainly includes: dust concentration detector, oxygen concentration detector, carbon monoxide concentration detector and methane concentration detector, which detect the dust concentration, oxygen concentration, carbon monoxide concentration and methane concentration in the environment in the testing area of the corridor respectively, and set the safety threshold and alarm for exceeding the limit to ensure the personal safety of the staff in the corridor and guarantee the normal operation of the equipment.

Installation Instructions:
1)Install specific brackets and tubes on both sides of the belt, and install dust concentration detectors, oxygen concentration detectors, carbon monoxide concentration detectors and methane concentration detectors at the bracket beams respectively;
2)The dust concentration detector and oxygen concentration detector, carbon monoxide concentration detector and methane concentration detector are installed on the frame of the belt corridor, which is a simple installation method with convenient wiring and convenient for later maintenance and replacement.

The XKCON-TM-W type main control cabinet is a multi-functional intelligent monitoring host developed by our company for application sites with explosion-proof requirements. XKCON-TIS series explosion-proof monitoring and temperature measurement type infrared thermal imager is a real-time monitoring and surveillance equipment integrating infrared thermal imaging, visible light and embedded processing system, this equipment can automatically inspect the running equipment, real-time monitoring, automatic warning and real-time access to equipment fault status thermal information, and automatically generate the corresponding temperature change report, built-in analysis function, automatically send the analysis results.
